After powering hundreds of thousands of deliveries in 26 countries around the world over the past 12 months, we’re thrilled to officially announce the launch of Onfleet!
Since starting our beta testing in February 2014, we’ve worked with hundreds of companies delivering everything from groceries and prepared meals to flowers and laundry. Our products have helped our clients significantly improve operational efficiency, increase sales and enhance their customer experience.
With consumer expectations on the rise, and larger companies like Uber and Amazon on the cutting edge of delivery, we believe it’s important to give businesses everywhere the ability to offer and improve their on-demand and scheduled deliveries. We want to give everyone the opportunity to keep up with the delivery standards that consumers are coming to expect.
By designing Onfleet to solve the most pressing delivery needs that our clients have faced, we have come up with a product that is easy to use, practical and effective. We offer consumer facing solutions, like automatic SMS notifications and the ability for your users to track their delivery driver in real-time. Onfleet also gives you operational solutions that allow you to streamline internal communication, keep better tabs on your merchandise and track where your spending is going. Features like automatic task assignment and real time alerts allow delivery managers to focus on bottlenecks. Reporting of driver stats and robust delivery analytics round out the package.
We’ve raised $2 million from top-tier investors who believe in our mission to make local delivery efficient and delightful. Our investors include CrunchFund, Winklevoss Capital, Playfair Capital, Stanford-StartX Fund, Lee Linden, Semil Shah, Fadi Ghandour and Andy Rachleff. We plan to use these funds to enhance our product and grow our engineering and support teams to better serve our customers.
